Since COVID has urged most of us to stay and work from home, our corporate yoga, Pilates, meditation and breathwork classes are now available to stream online.

 

By simply clicking on a zoom link, staff can join in for a stress-busting yoga or Pilates session from their home. One of our highly experienced and qualified teachers will guide you to have a relaxing, stretching and/or posture correcting session.

During this vague time of anxiety, fear and limited social connection, there has never been a more pertinent time to commit to a regular relaxation practice. And whilst offices and gyms are closed, we believe our online classes are the next best option for your mental and physical health.

Capacity: Our online classes can be streamed to up to 100 participants. Classes will be exclusively taught for your employees and are booked on a company, rather than an individual basis.

Duration: 15 – 30 – 45 – 60 minutes, depending on the time your employees might be able to commit.

Equipment: You will need a yoga mat and comfy clothes.
